In 3shape dental designer ,How could i transfer *.dcm to *.stl?

You can use vizua3d.com to covert DICOM to STL, view the dicom in real time, make movie, share export to STL or .ZPR for color 3D printing.

I think 3Shape .dcm fils are not DICOM format, they are some kind of STL propietary format

Use DCM unless you want to play with the scans outside of 3Shape. STL's will let you use the model scans with other 3D programs more easily. A STL is stored as a triangle mesh vs a PTS that is stored as a point cloud.
