Can anyone help me for designing implant abutment with hex for disc block milling .what library supplied in exocad mostly use ti base which we have to buy from those companies even if our high end machine capable for milling precisely hex and internal pathway for screw

most implant companies dont want you to be able to do that.

luckily there are workarounds, however they do not involve milling from a disc, rather they involve milling units based on the NT Trading Premilled titanium cylinders.

most do it this way because milling the implant interface can be difficult, and not easily repeatable.

this also depends on exactly what machine you have and what CAM software will be used. not all machine and softwares can be used to make these.
