is there a fix for this? Yes it’s from an iterror scan and the bulge was not on the die ,just appears after tooth form drops.

Appears there's some error where HD added scan part was aligned. Either free-form or edit the mesh in that area, then re-mark the margin.
I se that a lot in Itero scans. Firt thing I do is check for it before marking the margin

? In bottoms menu choose do not block out undercuts

This has only happened when there is a tiny hole in the mesh I couldn't see until I zoomed in a ton. Once I found it I open the edit mesh, circle the hole and cut it out then use the close holes option. Then go back to crown bottoms to redo that step.

So I zoom in on the scan and found this inside prep? Wasn’t visible in my other pics.
Looks like a millipede.
