Ep 3000 error 29??

Can anyone tell me what error 29 is on the Programat Ep 3000 please? I cannot find it in the manual or on the net.
Thanks in advance for any help
BTW my rep just says they will have to send it off for 3 weeks to Melbourne and all loan furnaces are out.

Temp is too high, it's usually the thermocouple

Heater fuse is good and vacuum system and hoses are ok
