Hi gusy,

Please help and share your opinion.

I have a case to make, E.max #4, requested A3.5 incial and A4 body, gingival.

You would choose to use LT or MO ingots?

IF LT, LTA3.5 or LT4?
If MO, MO2 or MO4?

Stumpf shade is not known.

Without stump you could have a shade change c'min your way - but I would have to stick with LT's without stump, but if the stump was 1 or 2 - I would be looking to use A1 or A2 HT"s

If you are going full contour/monolithic always use the lighter shade or even go one step lighter yet. There's no way to lighten a shade and w/o stump color you are guessing! So...LTA3.5 or LTA3 is my bid!

@Gru

What if to go with LTA4, cut back and layer incisal ceramic?

I wouldn't, but it's not my case! I don't layer the entire occlusal of posteriors except at the doctors' specific direction. The powder build is soooo much weaker. IMHO stain the gingival to A4.
