DSD (Digital Smile Design) Need help... ;-)

I need help with a case, where the Doc is asking for a case-planning with DSD. Does anybody of you guys do it, or can you recommend me somebody that could help me to get that case planned? I know that comes with a fee... ;-)

I do have photos. Although, I am not sure if the photos are DSD conform...
