Can anyone recognize this abutment?

The ball attachment was snapped off, it has a hex on top that is still visible.

Try Zimmer 3.5mm screw-vent. You should be able to find another abutment pretty easily. It's still a popular implant.

There must be a good story on how that ended up in that condition!

Yeah.....usually the doc is too cheap to buy the driver that fits the hex that used to be on top of the abutment.
