I have a full service crown and bridge lab in Houston. Own the building.
How would you market it? Or just sale all of the equipment and supplies? Any suggestions appreciated.

Depending on what your sales and profitability are some of the "Big Boys" might be interested.

If you could sell it as a package deal I think that would be ideal. I would keep quiet on why you are selling. There are always the vultures flying around that will take advantage of the situation. Could be kind of pricy in today's economy for someone to pay a package price. Maybe sell accounts and equipment and since you own your spot maybe do a owner carry with some decent terms to make the deal more attractive or do a sweet rent deal. So sorry for your health issues. I pray whatever it is you can whip it. Take care.
