abutment milling problem

Hi guys ,

I have a strange problem with the output i get after milling custom abutment.
1. the screw access channel is not milled fully
2. the screw channel diameter is narrow
3. the hex of the abutment milled is slightly bigger then required, so need to do all kind of alterations to make it seat even after milling

the CAM used is Picasoft and Machine is Yenadent D15 .

Kindly help me solve this issue, as company support is not good.

They didn't show you how to make these adjustments. I'm not familiar with the cam software but I can take a look at it for you to see how to make the adjustments. You have to make tolerance adjustments on your interface
And change the diameter of the screw channel in increments of .02. First thing I would recommend is replacing the tools that mill the interface and screw channel
