Abutment and crown design with Origin Intelligence

I have heard a lot about possible issues designing a FCZ and hybrid Zr abutment at the same time. I just received one back today and thought I would show the results. The fit looks pretty good to me. like to hear your thoughts

Do you have add on some colours after sintering or is it just colored before ?

This was colored slightly before sintering. I had to do quite a bit of stain work afterwards on this particular one. There was a lot of tissue loss on the buccal and the doctor wanted it bulked out
In that area without impenging on the tissue. I was worried the extra thickness may throw off the fit, but it still fit great.

We are fabricating one piece full contour screw retained zirconia hybrid crowns. It's a great solution to reduce costs. It's about 1.5 x the labor of fabricating an abutment.

I heard that soft-tissue will grow to it!

I had to close my lab. I thought it was a conflict of interest trying to help labs as a milling/printing center, if I actually was their competitor. Ya know?
