3 shape D900L scan problem

Hi. Good evening.

We've got 3 shape D900L scanner
Today I've wanted to scan a case. I scanned successful the bite lower model and when the die turned it wrote this message

" [Command thread (10120) 2016-10-10.47.14...] EComponentCmdException:
WaitForImageSetReturned time out "

I pushed Ok. Nothing happened. Pushed the next buttons. It started to scan and again the same message

I deleted everything switched off the scanner And I started from the beginning and it wrote the same. I played with it almost 1 hour. Sometimes it scanned sometimes not.

What should I do? What would be the problem?
My colleague calibrated the scanner last week.

What software version are you running? Also, make sure the the scanner is plugged into a usb port that the usb controller on has the scanner on it, no keyboard, mouse etc. Also might have to have plab run on the scanner.
