I'll start this by stating I haven't used my casting machine in nearly two years and I would like to keep it that way. I haven't used my surveyor to set attachments in nearly as long.

I have a lower case of splinted units 21-27 and the patient will need a partial in the posterior.
I have a bunch of stl files for attachments and I am entertaining the idea of doing some in the virtual world.
I don't have the case specifics yet, but I'm assuming we have no ridge in the posterior.
Any of you guys doing attachments in Ti or Zr and care to share some experience??

Clinician has mentioned ERABanghead or Locator type attachments.

Did a few ERA's...metal only. Printed, then casted in the metal of choice...

yea but... the solutions are in 3Shape
Good point, but they are not that different.
I don't need an explanation of how to do it as much as I want to hear about the material choices and attachment selection.
