VeriEko Printer software issues

anyone who has a VeriEko Printer, Do you have any software issues? I tried to open the Alpha3d software and get a "Can not connect to the server" message. Is the old version of this software discontinued? Whip Mix does not allow any updates of the software, so my printer jst became a paper weight. Argen tech support could not help nor did my computer tech company

Think Ackuretta might be worth a call?

The VeriEko by WhipMix is the same as the Sol printer (Ackuretta makes them both).
