STL of carded teeth

Does anyone have or know of any STL sets of physical carded teeth? The reason I ask is I am looking to try out a new workflow where the entire denture process is designed digitally in B4D with the STLs of physical carded teeth, and then a reduction guide is printed the teeth are set in that and reduced while the base is milled or printed. I appreciate it, thanks!
