prints are complete. printing flat on bed. have had success after calibrations. but starting to be a consistent problem. Asiga Max printer.
teeth are about 1mm or more shorter in the prints than the stl files. haven't tried replacing the resin tray yet. wandering, is there a standard answer for this? its been working so well for so long that i haven't had to care about trouble shooting to know exactly what causes this?
also, interested in reseller recommendations as well. was with whipmix.

I had the exact same problem with asiga 4k pro. It was caused by the tray.
thanks . i was sure it was probably something simple. that's thankfully how its been, doing all the simple things eventually catches the problem with asiga for me.

Just curious, what scanners you accept files from? Not a lot of denture folks get into the printing (still fighting the digital age I suppose) but i'm curious your story and when you started printing and how hard the transition was for you?....to help others that are on the fence per say.

Hey Guy. Got asiga printer and exocad setup 2019. 2person in-house lab. Was difficult at first to transfer my crown and bridge analog knowledge to digital. Depressing even. Once I gained some skill with the software I haven’t looked back. Can’t remember last time hand waxed anything. I mostly press my designs. Not much zir work. Have good support for software. Although I do wish I had me now to talk with me back then. Not sure what I’d do if I was denture fella. So many docs will no longer know how to take a physical impression. I definitely think you need software and a printer as a lab no matter. I get stl’s from 3shape in Dropbox or usb, connected to portal for scans from iTero, Sirona. Got a second asiga 2 years ago. Max X27. 27micron xy detail. Wished I had gotten it right away in the beginning. Small build plate but Double the quality for press patterns of Max X.
