What is your preferred thermoforming unit for mouth guards, teeth whitening, etc?

If I could I would have a biostar, but with proper technique a lamachine works mine is 30 now with a Dental Resources replacement heating element (flat even not curled with some of it closer to the material..

Ok, I just realized theres this forum.
Anyway, Ive got pics Id really like to share I just dont know what host to use.
Is there a preferred host for the forum???
Im a total n00b so I figured Id ask before I do anything drastic

All depends on your pricing point? If you want top of the line then look at the Biostar units that Great Lakes sells. If you want units under $500 then go with one of the units from Keystone Dental.

Vacuum Formers | Keystone Dental

The Machine IV is a great unit.

What's a good machine for adding logos and pics with different layers and without air bubbles in between the sheets?

Dreve makes one.
We have a ministar here that has been in service for nearly 20 years. Works everytime.

You could use an air tank, assuming you dont have any leaks. My biostar leak somewhere from the bottom half the time, but still stays under pressure with constant air.

There are chinese knockoffs of the erkodent on ebay.. but every once in awhile you might find a biostar under $1000.
Just go here Great lakes Get what you need with videos for every style of applicance and type of material. Its a resource you cant get from other distributors.
