Welcome. Nice case. Here we call them a flexible combo. (Valplast-chrome Combination)

"Hybrid" usually refers to fixed-removable implant bridges.

Our hybrids are a metal and acrylic combo. It's a bar made from gold or Ti with teeth and is then held in place by using screws directly to the implants or abutments.

Hola Hector,
In your implant supported bridge picture above, what are the abutments (natural teeth)?

Translation (traducción):

Hola Hector,
En la imagen implante puente sostenido anteriormente, ¿cuáles son los pilares (dientes naturales)?

thanks droberts, it´s more clear for me now, nice case!
Hi TheLabGuy , those are caused by the implants, here are a couple of pictures of that case:

*milled* bars, those are actually not milled but prefabricated plastic forms put in place by means of a parallelometer.

Metal before acrylic (Lucitone 199) micro-retentions.
