How about making a choice based on the following 1, is the quality there? 2, are the technicians skilled and experienced? 3, do the patients benefit from the choice of lab? 4, does the surgery time get reduced due to the quality of workmanship? 5, does the patient get real value for money? etc..

There is one thing I have to admit, and that this guy knows that in order to get a high position in the search engines, you have to have a lot of dynamic content and it has to be updated and voluminous. He has done it by filling the site with senseless rambling:

I'm not sure what the motive is here, or even what his business model is, but he blasted the internet press release sites, has wound up getting a plug on Dental IQ, and a few business publications, but there is no lab that I've been able to find.

I'm betting he has a marketing gig with some off shore lab, and probably gets paid for each lead he generates. Much like the other sites he has set up in the past.
