The other one, after a few prints, will get an "approach fail." We'll cure a layer on the build tray and peel it off; it'll work for a few more prints and then get an "approach fail." There will often be thin pieces of cured resin in the bottom of the tray. We just recently replaced the build platform arm, thinking it might've bent. We've calibrated it. We've replaced build trays.
