Anybody out there currently accepting models to scan, design, print, cast and finish chrome partials? Will pay for good work

My chrome lab has been having troubles completing cases in 10 working days.
I need a lab that has attention to detail and doesn't abrade models fitting the completed partials. The frames need to fit the models.... not the models need to fit the frames...
My current chrome lab has been amazing but is struggling to keep staff.
I have only used 2 chrome labs since starting in 2001.
Thanks for any suggestions!
I am also not opposed to buying a scanner for models- not educated but willing to learn!

I think you should stay with your current lab the other lab on here is offering it 2 days quicker and you are going to flick your old lab that obviously offers quality as you said and that is busy because every one else is using them also . The reason he is having trouble keeping staff is because c xxxts like you that cant wait a whole 2 days extra so he has to pressure staff all day to get the work done to a hi level watch his wages to stay in business and let me guess you hit him up for free remakes and discounts because you send him so much work . Whats worse is the other labs cant say well will do it for you master please please pick me .This whole post is whats wrong with our industry. I feel better now. oh and you will pay for quality, good for fxxxxing you what a humanitarian

I switched my frames to mabel, they have my recommendation. The prestige line is fast, affordable, and fits the models the doctors provide. I do zero adjustments before they head out my door.

Only 56 years' experience. If I were your current lab, I would let you go. He is clearly busy enough and really shouldn't waste his best time either. A lot, not all, become successful enough over the years to not need to worry for ample work and referrals to come in. Change is a constant. So, change labs as you wish. Lighten up guys. Too much division in the world today already. You will all be fine without attacking each other. Have a beer maybe. To be where you are now is a good place. The need to be top of the line or cutting edge isn't sometimes a friendly place to be. But it should be. That is why this site is here. Share and help out. That puts us all on top.

yes you want it to fit ,but you did bitch about how they were having troubles maintaining ten day turn around.
you did mention price as you so generously will pay for good work like its acceptable not too but you will do the new lab a big favor .
I know the back story about staff as i have been a techo for forty years and been in my successful business for 33 years.
Mate i am an OG that is sick of the BS . I have always been very straight forward with practitioners that dont respect our [ techos] efforts to try and keep you guys happy .
I know you guys dont take criticism well especially from your servants because of the inbreed self entitlement taught to you by the universities colleges etc.
I always treat people on this site with respect if they treat us that way .
As far as me needing professional help im fine but you do need our professional help to get a Co/cr frame so start treating us with respect by just having a conversation with your lab.
