Is this work all going to China or do we have companies State-side offering design services?

We've used both Bredent combi-lign ( with their primer ) and GC Link-Force ( with their primer ) with PMMA and had excellent results. Both have metal primers but I would be more comfortable with an opaque to adhere to and block out the gray.

Could be occlusion-related. It's easy for doctors to get lazy with occlusal adjustments with a material like FCZ if they're not used to working with it. Off-axis loads and contacts in excursions can result in sensitivity and pain. i.e. it's not the zirconia.

Whip Mix models are far superior to what you've shown in the picture.

It'll mill on a Roland or similar dry mill. I'd offer to mill one but our reseller won't load the strategies on their locked SUM 3D cam, but I'm sure a there's a milling center on the forum that could do it for you.
