On the 51D, When using the collet loosening and tightening key, when you tighten, it start turning the spindle when it’s tight enough. It doesn’t allow you to over tighten.

They ask for the broken dongle back. They’re not stupid.

They said broken dongles are different story. Doesn’t require a new license purchase.

They say every dongle is tied to a license. So they can’t transfer the license to another dongle. I mean, is it that hard?! Exocad does it, albeit a real pain in the Ass but still...I’m sorry but I find that very hard to believe! And there’s that whole issue about not telling me ahead of time!!!
