If they were packed with the same mix at the same time it was probably either under packed or your pressure clamp failed during processing

If you must do a vacuum formed baseplate, I think it’s worth the time to make a duplicate model so that you didn’t fracture the master .

I have always disliked any thermoplastic material for base plates, it is too easy to change form when hot ( set-up & waxing)

Actually in most cases we encourage our dentist do use Emax zircad mult instead of lithium disilicate

I have hollowed out and cast denture teeth many times. “Though it has been a while “ Cheap teeth burn out better.
