You must use hybrid tools, not diamond. ZDB-100D-HY for 2mm, ZDB-50D-HY for 1mm, and ZDB-30D-US

Any one using a Roland mill, wet or dry, can do it. Just make sure they know to use hybrid tools with the dry mill.

Why don't you mill the hole? The IS block is way more expensive

I heard there is a $ 3,000 cost to be able to use stl files... I can't remember if it is to export them from Sirona to another system or to accept stl. Can you confirm?

The error doesn't seem associated with the compressor. Also, the recommended air source is for oil-free compressor. Finally, have you contacted the dealer you bought the machine from?

Most people I speak use Exocad with medit, but 3shape seems more popular. Anyone using Medit with 3Shape CAD?

Is there any zirconia manufacturer that recommends milling their product wet vs. dry?

Does anyone have trouble with the origin zirconia? Tools breaking? I read it is made for mills running at 60,000 rpm... Any comments?
