rarely used, so most of time milled wax disk and ran 1-2 hours every 2-3 days

I am also thinking about print model. I got 3 shape E3 Recently and tried few impression scans. but it is not easy to catch clean margin line. i need training on this. Also think about bubbles on the impression especially margin area and a lot of impression i am getting is not clean. sometimes...

It is two different materials and I don't think it would work together. I had several doctors asked me before and I show them Zirconium crown's quality. in my experience Zirconium crown can compete with E-max. I think they are worry about fracture and at the same time they also worry about...

Oh I See. I did not know that, I always applied wax on the undercut. I wish CAP and 3 Shape told me that..... thanks

to remove undercut... is there any other way to remove undercut ?

Thanks for the advice, i replaced wax and it is a lot better

it seems same if i scan with speed or detail. CAP and 3 shape tried and it still the same. I am guessing it is totally normal. i milled several zirconia crowns and fitting seems ok so far.

just realized my expectation was too high

i applied regular wax. once i applied cadcam scanner wax it is a lot better. I was not happy about response from tech support not scanner itself.
