Ha i would not even attempt to mill the secondary bar , or even the first bar, i leave that to the big boys. I just stick with Zirconia! This is really a one off on an old nobel bar from 15 years ago.

Lol, yes they are a nice angulated ti base, screw is very similar to nobels asc screw head. We have been using them for a while, just a bit frustrating on dental wings to get the design perfect..... The Russians!! anyone out there ......

Does anyone have access to the files, i just want to add the angulated rc, into my 3shape I have the straumann dental, mental wings but its crap software to easily design with. And i cant locate any stl geometries within it, as its all Java based..... Hope some kind soul can help...

Hi Sevan, so when you sinter these cases are you just putting them in the oven as they are or do you lay them flat with sinter beads.... Also what thickness are you bars, i am having problems with fits and i think it may be down with the bars and the sintering i am doing...

Still running an older 3770k processor, upgraded the graphics to 1050ti, and 32 gb ram, 850 pro ssd. The processor sometimes runs at 100 percent but only on large cases, the graphics card doesnt really effect the speed of the software, as its mostly cpu bound. 32 gb of memory especially if you...

Been using DMGs Luxatemp glaze and bond, but it tends to go a bit yellow, also tried Dreves lightplast. This has good charactistics ie thin and flows well. What is everyone else using they could reccomend ??

The S1 has been great, we usually do an overnight sinter, on Zenostar, but it has quick sinter programs if you have an urgent case to go through. In New Zealand we have 240v power supply, so everything runs on that.
