You can get cheaper elements, or the "Medical" version which has no impurities, especially no Fe by special request.

You must ask for the same elements that Scott uses!

I have used tons of each type of elements.

Furnace is just as good as anything. I have a little one, and they made me my BIG one as well.

Tell them Scott sent ya!

Choose size of chamber you need, tell them Voltage you have.

This company makes the same furnace that Glidwell sells for 4x the cost!

Order extra elements at same time. Small furnace is around $2500 or so, I paid around $5k for my 600lb Monster furnace that uses 60amps shipped to me with custom colors and extra elements!

I love it! I love them both!

not the smallest front loading, but the next size up.

We beat the 5hit out of it everyday for years. I have replaced the door insulation because we open it too hot, and it cracks.

They will make you anything you want.....FAST.

The last Glidewell ZR furnace we bought broke in shipping (also heard of other people having this same issue). The quality on those things WAS terrible, not sure if it's changed ??

All Furnace insulation is made of same thing.

Fragile!

I never had issues with shipping from China, except broken elements One time.

Why would you buy from China? Why not spend the money here in the US and help our Country instead of theirs!!!

ahhh, because there are not US Furnace manufactures. That's my first reason off the top of my head?

My little furnace was $2k, and my BIG furnace was under $5000. If you have extra money to throw away for chits and giggles....I'll take some!

Scott:

I'm interested in the smallest one. I have sent e-mails to the factory but i'm not sure if I have explained or misunderstood. I requiere your kindness to tell me how many programs has this furnace, and the ease to change the element, because I supose there's no option to send it back to the factory to repair. Thanks.

One Program, I think?

I never thought about making a second? Maybe it is possible. I will check.

Elements can be swapped in a few minutes. I have done this in the middle of a cycle!!

Using Multi-meter to find the culprit, then pulling it out HOT and throwing another down in there, or even using jumpers to skip that element and just finish on Three elements!

It worked many times. LOL

Hi guys. I'm also looking for a sintering oven. It will be my first time doing cad/cam in house, so all advice is appreciated. I have a small lab. Currently, it's just 2 of us working, so I don't need anything big. Just want quality sintering, and minimal hassles (I'm sure this is what everybody wants).

Scott, has it been very quick and easy to obtain replacement parts from them? Customer service is good overall? What would be some reasons why I would buy from them as opposed to say, Nabertherm, Dekema, or other units other than the price?
