WTF is this ?!

Hello,
I have this Washout and Curing unit from Dreve. For the past year I have been getting this black particle residue. It is not oily. Intense to build up significantly after 2 or 3 uses after cleaning.
I clean the system out weekly and I have replaced the pump and have run solutions through the pipes. through the pipes.
Only thought I can have is something still in the system or something I use.
Does separator do this? Any suggestions would be great I appreciate it.

It does look like mold, but mold shouldn't build up that quickly. Have you had a plumber snake your pipes to see if there is gunk in them?

Yes, and I run a pipe cleaning brush through as well.
