Hi everyone just wanted to show you some new stuff
What you think?

A full double structure (supra-structure) made all using CAD-CAM technology, nothing is cast.

We were able to do some of them using theses attachments:
-Mk-1 Attachment
-Bredent yellow nylon
-Locator
-Ball 2.5mm
-Ot Equator

If you have any question feel free to discuss here to exchange with everyone :)

Here some pictures :

You mean a supra structure on top of your Implant Bridge? If it this what you are looking for, no not at the moment, to be able to achieve a double structure I need to have the control on the CAD part for both parts, starting from an existing Bridge or bar make the work almost impossible and time consuming.

If you are talking about something different can you explain it to me?

If I scanned the model and dies, could you design and mill the frame for a pfm bridge or implant bridge like this?

Hi cadfan,
The polishing is done by hands mostly, that a really hard process done with a specific recipe of tools and burs to achieve this quality. For the milling I cannot reveal how we proceed and what type of machine we use to mill such product.

I am not sure about your first question "How long does the engine run for two in one" Can you clarify please?

Thanks for all the good comments

Hi bernigts you do not share your secrets with me ? i thought both parts have been created in a split-file or is the covering part scanned or sampled ?? after finishing the bar and how long does the mill need for both parts approximately ? thank you nice weekend german john.

Hi Cadfan,

Both parts are done in simultaneous using our own CAD software. We do not mill the first one than re-scan the milled bar to after produce the secondary structure. THe milling process take couples of hours but again I prefer to not be too precise on that.

Best regards

What is your acrylic processing technique for the double structures? Due you process to the bar or on a duplicate

Off model no duplicate. Wax up, lift off, pour internal, finish flasking.
