The Director/VP reports to the CEO and will manage and develop a team.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><p></p><p>· Direct, manage and enhance essential business operations</p><p></p><p>o Oversee day-to-day operation to ensure on-time delivery to customers that meet quality objectives</p><p></p><p>o Proactively seek and document continuous improvement for internal and customer use and implement cross-training program</p><p></p><p>o Perform continuous evaluation and prioritization of case workflow to optimize and simplify processes for both customers and production team</p><p></p><p>o Manage manufacturing and customer support partners</p><p></p><p>o Oversee company financials (Quickbooks) including customer invoicing and monthly financial reports</p><p></p><p>o Update and maintain Quality Plan as manufacturing practices change</p><p></p><p>o Execute select design production oversight and approval</p><p></p><p>· Drive customer acquisition, development and sales through diverse channels and tactics as well as customer support</p><p></p><p>o Develop and execute strategy for continuing education program</p><p></p><p>o Organize educational programs/webinars with partners, KOLs, dental schools, etc</p><p></p><p>o Design, execute, and follow-up on select marketing campaigns; analyze to refine</p><p></p><p>o Work with internal team and customers to document/publish cases and other educational content through website, industry publications, and PR venues</p><p></p><p>o Secure speaking opportunities and develop content and presentations</p><p></p><p>o Coordinate internal and external communications with prospective, new and existing customers</p><p></p><p>o Follow-up with existing customers for feedback</p><p></p><p>o Update prospect and customer accounts in CRM with all relevant intelligence while maintaining effective segmentation for targeted marketing</p><p></p><p>o Collaborate with developers/ designers to update website content and related</p><p></p><p>o Create selective marketing collaterals in conjunction with team</p><p></p><p>· Support channel partners such as dental distributors, labs and implant companies</p><p></p><p>· Manage, motivate and direct team members</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p></p><p></p><p>· 3-7 years of experience in Operations, Project/Product Management, or Marketing, ideally in a start-up or multi-disciplinary role; clinical, dental, or medical device experience preferred</p><p></p><p>· Interested in 3D printing and CAD/CAM applications, with dental lab experience a plus</p><p></p><p>· Comes highly recommended by those with whom they have worked</p><p></p><p>· Impeccable professional oral and written/e-mail communication skills</p><p></p><p>· High degree of urgency and a professional customer support orientation</p><p></p><p>· Enjoys customer interactions in sales, marketing, support, and training</p><p></p><p>· Highly organized, attentive to detail - customer quality/continuous process development</p><p></p><p>· Constant interest to improve processes and learn new skills; craves feedback to improve</p><p></p><p>· Experienced and comfortable in start-up, hands-on environment: flexibility is the norm</p><p></p><p>· Enthusiastic self-starter who innovates and troubleshoots without prompting or oversight</p><p></p><p>· Proficient in MS Windows and Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint</p><p></p><p>· Based in the Greater Boston area, with reasonable commute to Wellesley Hills, MA (Rt. 128/16)</p><p></p><p></p><p>Submit your resume and a cover letter addressing job specifications and experience and salary requirements to <a href="mailto:info@guidedsurgerysolutions.com">info@guidedsurgerysolutions.com</a>.</p></blockquote><p></p>
