I have never charged for a remake. Period. My doctors have never charged me for a mistake on my end. I have owned my own lab for 27 years and I would remake a 27 year old failure tomorrow for free. No questions. Why? Because it works,life is too short and the day too long to arm wrestle over the little things. I actually have Docs who have been with me from the start. Most have been with me for at least a decade. Haven't looked for work in a decade. And yes attitude is Everything! No matter what happens its the one thing that you have complete control of. Be that technician that your doctor does not dread to call, and he will never stop calling.
