Pressing eMax..... milled vs. hand waxed

Greetings DLN. I have a challenge with loose fits with milled wax frames. The milled copings/frames fit wonderful on the die. CAD settings appear to be yielding great milled fits. However, After pressing the fits are definitely on the loose side compared to the same unit hand-waxed and pressed. Investment ratios are the same for both.

Can the different wax material cause the expansions to be off?
We've tightened up the expansion ratios as much as possible?
Who's milling and pressing emax with flawless results?
