milling tool help.

hi ppl,
I've been trying to figure out how I can install a ring for a milling bur.(see pic)
reason is... i have roland and origin miller, and just found out that i can use origin mill with roland milling tool. all i need is a ring attached to the tool.
does anybody know where i can get this ring and how to install it?

something like this watch 0:52sec.

roland milling tools are much cheaper than origin tools.
