If I was buying a scanner tomorrow , I would go with Medit Identica Hybrid . I got the chance to play a bit with one , and I was REALLY impressed with it . Better than my GC Aadva scanner regarding speed , and the captured data seemed to be more accurately captured , although I don't think it will make any difference in the real world . Exocad is the only choice for me out there . Dental Wings , forget it . I have one collecting dust , if you like I can sell it to you for really cheap !! lol 3shape is great , but way too many bugs , glitches etc . Be a member on the 3shape page on Facebook , and you will see for yourself . I know people , who spent the 40+ k to buy D2000 , and the thing doesn't work , at least the special high end features of it . Until recently people had to run older versions of the software because the newest was simply impossible to run ? Also for me the mandatory fee from 3shape is a big no . If you don't pay they lock your system ? The system you paid WAY too much to buy ?? It is absurd ! Basically , you pay to buy the hardware , and then you rent the software ? Never really understood the logic behind this one .
