Leader Italia Implus - anyone with experience with this implant?

I am almost sure after researching online, and contacting various gurus, the patient
came with 2 of these and no way to contact surgeons, etc.
Anyone familiar with this system and what US abutments are compatible with them?

Internal Hex or External Hex - what is the implant diameter or platform and from there I can tell you if we would have something. Hopefully it will be straightforward.
