Thanks for all the buzz....bottomline is the customer support/service from 3 shape @#$%and will never catch up, being in the states why do I have to call outside to get a real answer....that is what matters....and not passing the buck off to a reseller....keep it...

3Shape is the most superb package available, but you have to choose a distributor with matching support. You don't go to the Ford factory for repairs, you go to a dealer. Mine came in on a Sunday with one hour notice to help us when we screwed something up. You picked the wrong company to buy it from.

You heard it here first....... dollar up$$$$$$ buy the 3shape...unless you have a long whip for the sleepy software developers.....
