The only soft tissue for implant models Ive used is Kerr Soft Tissue Moulage. No problems, but I have nothing to compare it with.

Henery Schein gingival mask
Coltene Whaledent GI-mask auto
Ivoclar Vivadent gingitech
Zhermack gingifast elastic

Im sure theres more. What do you recommend?

HS gingival mask is semi-transparent and has a nice pink color which I like (and it's cheap),the Zhermack is opaque and sort of a puke pink. Both perform equally well. Don't know much about the others except they cost more.

detax. its an opacious pink, but just the perfect kind of spongy. never have flashing issues, easy to cut if need be, and doesnt usually need silicone spray to remove from the impression, or matrixes. only drawback to it i have found is the mixing tips, i can't seem to find more of them, so had to give up using the system.

We use both Kerr soft tissue moulage and Zhermack gingifast. I prefer the Zhermack when scanning.

i like the Kerr moulage.......but its a pain to trim (if needed) after its set.
ive used the ivoclar stuff too, its not bad.
zhermack is ok, so is the Schein stuff

recently just started using some Coltene light body (bright pink, but Drs dont seem to care)
its nice cause its a bit more flexible and doesnt distort. plus the application seems a tad easier.
