Polyapress is a self-heating, dual-piston, resin injection unit for the efficient fabrication of flexible partials and monomer-less full dentures among other custom applications. The dual-piston heating elements can melt cartridge-loaded resins up to 300º C (572º F) and can conveniently inject 2 cases consecutively. To achieve optimal injection results, a uniform pressure of 9.5 bar (138 psi) is required. This achieved through the use of a Carbon Dioxide (C02) cylinder. A pressure regulator and high pressure hose are included in the accessories kit with the Polyapress unit. Other comparable thermoplastic resins that are currently available on the market today may be processed/injected using the Polyapress unit. 1 Polyapress unit, accessories materials and training course included in this sale.
