I know it means nothing to everyone reading this but to me it means a lot. I have been working on my own now for four years and I knew I had to take the plunge and get into pressing my own crowns. I had access to a press oven but it wasn't very practical (long story). I was outsourcing so that I could use my emax porc but that wasn't practical either. I finally had enough funds to purchase this machine. Its no cad cam but its a nice start. Thanks for all the great posts made here on the emax ingots I am sure I will have many questions as I begin. This was my first attempt using a Ney Qex press and the emax lt ingots just last week. I had alot of flashing and bumps all over the crowns but I ground it all off, I did a cutback so it wasn't a big deal. I hope the new "used" ep600 will give me better results. f/16 No pressure on this one. I got the case back because they were a bit too long. The Dr. was very pleased on the overall appearance. Too long, I can live with that. Took 1.5 mm off based on a sketch I got. Just to note I did have the centrals on the plane of occlusion, her laterals were just too short making the centrals appear too long.
