I have a question:
Who has not happened? You make a splint in exocad and a few weeks after placement, the patient will have a small restoration or endodontic treatment so that their splint no longer fits. At the clinic they send us the new scan of the patient with the new modifications and we have to do the entire design of the splint again.
I have tried (unsuccessfully) to adapt my first design to the new model but I can't find a way to do it.
Although the design of a new splint does not take too much time, I would appreciate being able to take advantage of the previous work by only adapting the splint to the interior of the new model.
