3shape 2022 any known issues data-/knowledge base

Hi Guys,

3shape forum pretty dead i am looking for a community

experiencing some issues with 2022 dental designer e.g.:

- 3shape Communicate throws "Token error" when trying to download, a workaround for this is in settings > communicate > Test Connection, then it works as intended
- Model Builder shows correct but the printed models are wrong artikulated in the original 3shape articualator ( i am working on this atm, trying 3shape support also )
- Some visual isues with windows 11 ( i got 2 workstations windows 10/11),e.g. Model Builder settings/buttonsare not highlited correctly in order form on the windows 11 machine

Are you on the Facebook 3Shape Study Group? It's usually the fastest way to get 3Shape related questions answered. It has 37,000+ members. I have had many 3Shape related problems solved there and I have learned a ton about great workarounds for errors that pop up.

The only reason I am still on Facebook is for the 3Shape group, the Asiga group, and a local group I am a part of that focuses on school board issues. I stopped posting on my personal FB page a couple years ago.
