I dealt with this a couple months ago and got the same feedback from 3shape and other sources. 3shape is expecting the implant companies to integrate with their system. I don't see that happening, seeing how most implant companies are more interested in making money on their own parts.

Do the units fit the dies individually? Loose? If the fit is good individually, check die alignment. Possibly try on "detail" die and/or arch scan option.

You're correct on that. We had a few instances where the doc wanted to go with horrible scans, so we accept all just in case.

I was told by support to go into the 3shape Communicate settings, adjust the cutff date to the date that the desired case was submitted, and all cases from that date forward would sync. If you have cases in your Inbox, it's supposed to only bring in what you don't have.

I get what you're saying. Having to scale and reposition all together isn't that bad, but I don't know why #10 would be rotated, when the library isn't like that.

I had support tell me that what I saw as a bad proposal, wasn't that bad. Apparently their standards aren't as high as ours.

I'm assuming everyone is talking about these weird proposals. I can pull up every library and the teeth are setup like this. Margins are correct and the annotations are correct.
