Calibrate the mill? New Burs or old? That would be my guess.

Its deffently in the sintering especially if your not using supports like Brett suggested.

Maybe the contacts were to tight? Did you mill it or is it a stock abutment? Did you have a model to check the fit? Do you have a pic of the abutment?

Just dont.. TI base and mill the zirconia coping and glue them. Hit with scan spray and scan for the final.
