Scanbodys, types of materials ?

I'm starting mill my own scanbodys, and now I'm looking for the best material. What types of materials Do You recommend? Thanks

Honestly, there are so many manufacturers of scan bodies now,

why try to reinvent the wheel? Guess if you sell them for $10 a

piece, then you'd have a good market share.

Why mill when you can get them turned. You can have them at $6 per piece of you supply drawing and volume of 100 min order

French standards for clinical use is PEEK, now I use the clinical scanbodys in my lab so I mill all in PEEK for me and for dentists ...

I use PEEK-OPTIMA® - JUROVA,
I'm not satisfied with the quality of scans (ZFX scan III)

You can use industrial peek for scanbodys it's cheaper !
Approved in my lab but not by the FDA ....
