We have reached the point where our new fixed lab is ready to add a removable department.
I would love to find someone who can take it on and help grow the department, but I would be willing to run the department myself as the team grows, in which case I need a couple skilled technicians.
Our lab is a VERY fast growing Fixed lab right now, the person(s) must be able to react quickly to the growth and be fully committed to the vision:
"A world of perfect synergy between the Dental Practice, the Dental Patient, the Restorative Services Organization, and Industry Manufacturers."
The person should match our team member culture and values:
