Zr stress break

doctor wants me to look into doing stress break at distal of #11. Anyone have any luck doing that with zirconia (using 3shape)?

Why?
is it because of poor prognosis of some of the teeth and therefor wants a way to preserve some of the bridge when some teeth go or for angulation problems?
