Welcome!
All coloring liquids are acidic, even the ones that are claimed to be water base. Use a toaster oven on low heat or a food dehydrator. 15 to 20 minutes at 190 has always been enough for me in the dehydrator.

Run a purge/regeneration cycle regularly.

Have been using for 6 years now, a coffee cup warming pad for min 30 min. Fits sintering dish perfectly. Never had any issues whatsoever. Seems was made for this instead of keeping your coffee hot 🙂

what temperature will it reach to? is it enough or i need higher temperature to dehydrate zircon?

I believe the material itself was initially developed for the space program. If memory serves it is the same as the tiles on the former space shuttle.
I'd suggest it was used on the Shuttle, but not invented for it.
Most of the 'made for Space exploration' stories are exactly that. The pressurized Fisher Space Pen was a commercial item before it was a space use item. Tang, velcro, etc. were the same.

Not that the material didn't exist in some form before.

I used to get a subscription to the print version of this:

I think that is where I originally read about the material.

Im pretty sure we back engineered Tang from the Roswell crash.
Transdermal nutrient fluid. Now with Vitamin C and coloring agents. You should look tanned, not grey.
