Looking for advice on a case. I'm a little reluctant to even take it on. Seems doomed for failure.

Looking at 2 abutments on teeth #44 &43 (27 & 28) cantilever pontic on 45 (29) with a rest on 46 (30) which is a healthy tooth.

They want to continue the cantilever on the other side Teeth #42 -32 (26-23) with a rest on #33 (22)

I will attach a couple pictures once the model work has been done.

Seems like a partial would be a safer choice and just crown teeth #44 & 43.

nah, should be fine unless the abutment teeth are stuck out or bulky.

Rest on 22, (23),(24),(25),(26),27, 28, (29),rest on 30. Is that correct?
7 units on 2 abutments and 2 rests?
Maybe I don’t have that right?

Yeah that's right 7 units on 2 abutments that are side by side.

Vroam

If doc insists, no warranty. If there's any commentary from doc about them being smaller teeth, so it'll be fine, ask him where the force the big upper teeth take comes from.
