Zirconia and Radiograph X-Rays

So we have been using the same zirconia(Doceram) for a few years now. We recently got a phone call from one of our bigger accounts and they said when they went to take the radiograph xray to summit to insurance nothing showed up in the scan. Thought all zirconia was supposed to show up in a radio xray and thats why the doctors can put into the insurance as a PFM. Does anyone know why this would happen, cause this is the first time we got a call about this and trying to figure out since we havent changed material, except started using pre-shaded pucks but from same company.

Yeah thats what we thought, so we are having our office staff call doctor and make sure it was a ZR case and not and EMAX or Empress case, since this doctor does a mix of everything so we will see what comes of this and I post a reply when we hear what is going on

Finally solved our issue. Come to find out doctor got cases messed up and thought we did a ZR restoration when it was really EMAX.
