i'm really staring to have concerns for the American Public when people turn to Google for medical answers (for free) but somehow spurn the notion of socialized medicine.

thats the problem, thats what leads people to go from reading information on vaccines and seeing the word alumina and then making the crazy assessment that there must be dangerous heavy metals in the vaccines.

information should be free, but knowledge should be free as well, and if it can't be free it should cost as little as possible; if everyone pays a tiny bit then the bigger costs can be paid with the least impact on the community as a whole.

Knowledge is achieved, not given. Which is the problem we have daily with less knowledgeable dentists doing things about which they have information, and education, but no knowledge.
